		<description><![CDATA[Even though the Hynix facility is in excellent condition and has a very large administration building on a very large campus, it would be suicide for any manufacturing company to purchase.

The 200 acres are in reality only 100 acres due to being forced to declare about one half the property as “wet lands” and cannot be used for any purpose.

Additionally the City of Eugene, Oregon and Lane County are notoriously “anti-business”.  A large portion of existing big business (Peace Health Hospital and various other business have moved “across the river” to Springfield, Oregon and many others are in the process of doing the same thing.  I would guess this place will be a “white elephant” for a long time to come]]></description>
