As is often the case, activity has picked up quite a bit in the second quarter of 2009 while businesses try to finalize budgets for a fiscal year ending June 30th.

They are making the leap over the river from the close in NW area to the Left bank Project at the head of the Broadway Bridge. Very cool building renovation project with Bon Appetit cafe and bar on the ground floor.
