Technology, healthcare, sustainable and creative firms have led the way with some notable expansions including PeaceHealth, HP, Lionbridge, OCHIN, Inside Trax, Springbrook Software, Dachis Group, Ebay, SoloPower and EnergyTrust signing big leases in 2011. 2012 should build on this strong momentum through the first half of the year!
